Refunds & Exchanges

Because of the hygiene nature of the products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any of our Ora Household Towel products that have already been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order for Ora Household Towels that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us asap on hello@ora-home.com quoting your order number.

You can exchange or return Ora coloured bases if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. At the minute, we’re unable to offer free returns, so the cost of returning goods to our UK based facility is your responsibility.

If you would like to return or exchange an Ora base, please get in touch with us on hello@ora-home.com with the subject RETURNS and including your order number. Our customer services team will help you process this.
