This email is monitored Monday - Friday from 9am until 5.30pm. We try our hardest to reply on the same working day you contact us, but sometimes it may be within 24 hours.

If you have a query about the delivery status of an order that has already been dispatched, we recommend you try contacting our courier partners first. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from the carrier and information on how to get in touch with them. If you have no joy, then please, by all means get in touch with us on and we’ll do our best.
